Overview
When using ThumbsPlus on Windows Vista, there is
a
serious problem: The ThumbsPlus instance will
hang in memory when you exit the application.
Let us assume that you start ThumbsPlus several times a day. And you
don't shut down your computer at the end of the day, you just put in
into hibernate mode. This will lead to many hanging Thumbs.exe processes,
which can only be terminated using the Windows task manager.
